Tyrod Taylor to stay with the Bills

Bills head coach Sean McDermott issued a statement saying in part, "We are excited about the opportunity to keep Tyrod with the Bills".

During his six-year National Football League career, which started with the Baltimore Ravens (2011-2014) and continued with the Bills (2015-2016), Taylor has completed 530 of his 851 attempts (62.3 percent) for 6,257 yards and 37 touchdowns against 14 interceptions despite being sacked 83 times for 437 lost yards.

Taylor threw for 3,023 yards and 17 touchdowns in 15 games previous year for Buffalo.

Taylor, 27, has been stuck in the middle of a season long contract controversy with the Bills where questions continuously swirled about whether the team would, or would not, retain him.

For the Bills, this means that the search for someone to play behind Taylor will continue.

Doctors Say Pot Can Be Dangerous For Developing Brains
Alterations in motor control, coordination, judgment, reaction time, and tracking ability have also been documented. A doctors' group is stepping up warnings to teenagers as the use of marijuana becomes more mainstream.

The Bills' front office's faith in Taylor appeared to erode last season, when several of his passing statistics declined from their 2015 levels amid injuries to Sammy Watkins and several other of the team's receivers.

Especially with the firing of Rex Ryan at the end of last season and Taylor being benched, it was unclear of how the team would handle the Taylor situation.

Details of the restructuring were not immediately available. Zach Brown responded back with, "Bro, I'm a miss playing next to you on Sundays, my brother".

One of the more palatable options for the Browns at quarterback this offseason has been eliminated. Although the Bills have not announced the terms of his new deal, it will likely be less than the $30.75 million contract option he was supposed to make over the next two seasons.
