Roger Federer, Microsoft's Gates to play doubles for charity

Roger Federer seems to think so.

Miami Open victor Roger Federer's semi-final clash against Nick Kyrgios has been hailed as one of the "greatest matches outside a Grand Slam" by the latter's former coach Todd Larkham.

Federer, now a three-time Miami victor, leads 10-9 on hardcourt.

"I think my level's always been there but I think where I'm at mentally at the moment, I'm just competing for every point and playing hard and I haven't really had that mindset before", Kyrgios told reporters in Brisbane on Tuesday.

"The French Open to some extent, we will see what happens, no pressure there really".

Federer has won the Roland Garros tournament once in 2009. Nadal, on the other hand, is expected to feature in the complete swing of his favourite surface clay. I probably won't play any clay court events except the French.

Before Federer began his break, he put in a plug for idyllic Key Biscayne, a premier tournament site for 31 years.

Bernie Sanders: 'Democrats should take credit for killing' AHCA
Sanders admits the reality of the situation though, which is that the current administration and Congress would never go for that. Now that Republicans' efforts to pass sweeping health care legislation have failed, Sen.

"Just do it one more time and go out there and be fearless on the big points, you know", he said.

"I want to stay healthy and enjoy myself". "When I'm healthy and feeling good, I can produce tennis like this".

But with his victory in Miami, Federer will move to No. 4 in the world rankings from No. 6. He grabbed a 5-3 lead after Nadal returned his backhand into the net.

"The body needs a break, the mind needs a break, the family needs me again", he said.

Federer erased all four break points he faced, and while he failed to take advantage of five early break-point chances himself, he broke in the next to last game of both sets. Despite that he can reach the number one position quite easily given his passion and his will to win and also given the fact that two of his major modern day contemporaries Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray haven't had really great seasons so far. He has the best record on the men's tour this year at 19-1, including 7-0 against players ranked in the top 10, and he's the first three-time champion this year on the men's tour.

Even so, Federer's resurgence is remarkable. He started this season after returning from a six-month injury layoff that saw him miss the 2016 Rio Olympics. A few months later, Roger Federer lifted the trophy in Cincinnati, his first as the 29-year-old, and in the next two years he is the only player on our list, winning 3 additional crowns after turning 30. He served well and held at love three times in a row.
