Chris Soules called 911 and attended to victim before fleeing accident scene

After the 35-year-old reality star was released from jail on a $10,000 bond on Tuesday, his rep, Stan Rosenfield, also released a statement to ET. Soules told the dispatcher that he "rear-ended a guy on a tractor" with his pickup truck Monday night on a road near the northern Iowa town of Aurora, according to a recording of the call released Wednesday.

"He is not conscious", Soules answered. He told the dispatcher that he didn't know CPR, and he could be heard asking others who were there if they did.

When prompted by the dispatcher, Soules confirms that his victim, later identified as Kenneth Mosher, 66, is unconscious and does not appear to be breathing. Soules replied with a yes.

Chris Soules has been detained after being involved in a deadly vehicle accident.

According to TMZ, Soules was arraigned Tuesday morning on a charge of leaving the scene of a fatal accident. "Chris Soules was involved in an accident on Monday evening, April 24, in a rural part of Iowa near his home", reads the statement. Meanwhile, Mr. Soules's automobile went into a different ditch, luckily he was not hurt in the accident and he left the scene before deputies reached the place of the vehicle crash. He was devastated to learn that Kenneth Mosher, the other person in the accident, passed away.

"I've gotten to know Chris and he's just a great guy that loves people who is very honest and genuine".

Unfortunately, no specs were provided with this leak, so it's impossible to guess what internal changes Motorola has made. This also gave a clue to Motorola's continuation of this series with additional features both in hardware and software.

USA Today also added that Mosher lived on his family farm near the crash site and was taken to Mercy Hospital in Oelwein where he was pronounced dead. "His thoughts and prayers and with Mr. Mosher's family".

"The only time I met him he was drunk", Bachelorette contestant Chad Johnson told Inside Edition. Assistant Buchanan County Attorney Jenalee Zaputil said Soules refused to leave his home and it took hours for police to get a search warrant to go inside and arrest him.

Soules said there was blood coming out of the victim's mouth but he had a pulse. Soules was not charged with driving under the influence.

Meanwhile, a video in possession of the court features Soules being rather unwilling to cooperate with authorities.

Authorities have not released further information on the accident.

Court documents show police found alcohol containers in the pickup truck Soules was allegedly driving in a fatal crash.
