Notre Dame, Wisconsin announce neutral site series beginning 2020

Notre Dame and Wisconsin will play at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin, in 2020 and Soldier Field in Chicago in 2021.

The football teams will play at Lambeau Field on October 3, 2020.

The news conference will be at 11:30 a.m.at the Under Armor Brand House at 600 N. Michigan Avenue in downtown Chicago.

Notre Dame owns an 8-6-2 lifetime record against Wisconsin, with the most recent meeting resulting in a 31-7 win in 1964 in Madison, Wisconsin. That game is scheduled for September 25.

The Badgers won the first three contests in the series between 1900 and 1905 while Notre Dame won seven of nine between 1924 and 1944. 25, 2021 in Soldier Field, home of the Chicago Bears.

Notre Dame and Wisconsin have met 16 times on the gridiron.
