Voters deciding whether to keep US House seat in GOP hands

What could be even more troubling for Republicans is that according to 538, there has been a 29 percent swing toward Democrats in special state representative elections in Pennsylvania since Trump became president.

Trump Jr. joined Republican candidate Rick Saccone at Sarris Candies in Canonsburg Monday to tour the facility and encourage President Trump's base to get out to the polls.

The Pennsylvania congressional candidate wants voters who haven't cast ballots yet in Tuesday's special election to know he'd go to Washington to have the president's back. They are an airing of the president's personal grievances; a chance for him to strike back at those who have maligned or doubted him - egged on by a crowd that cheers these attacks along and gives comfort to Trump's seemingly limitless insecurities.

"This is a time in our country where many of our most important promises seem to be up for grabs.//things like Social Security and Medicare that apply to every American", Lamb said. "Let me tell you, they're energized for hate for our president".

Saccone is vying for the seat held by Republican former U.S. Congressman Tim Murphy who resigned amid a scandal involving revelations he tried to get his mistress to abort their pregnancy.

Just how anxious are Pennsylvania Republicans about this race?

"Who was speaking at the Right to Life march, and standing as a right to life person", Land says of Murphy, "the same time he was trying to convince his girlfriend to have an abortion".

The final public poll, from Monmouth University, found Lamb ahead by two to six points depending on the depth of voter turnout.

Saccone, who is described as a conservative Christian, is locked in a surprisingly tight race against Democrat Conor Lamb in a district that Trump won by 20 points. They are Republican state Representative Richard Saccone, Democratic former assistant US attorney and Marine Corps veteran Conor Lamb, and Libertarian Drew Miller.

Trish ( Rachael Taylor ) is still yearning to be both the hero and the protagonist that Jessica refuses to be. The injury was made all the more terrifying by all the blood that gushed from her mouth.

Ryan Fitzpatrick re-signs with Tampa Bay Buccaneers
In Week 6 against the Arizona Cardinals , Fitzpatrick completed 68 percent of his passes, throwing for 290 yards and 3 touchdowns. This is the first of many steps in the re-signing of recent drat picks the Buccaneers will need to do in the coming months.

"This is Trump country", he said.

Saccone, a four-term state legislator and military veteran, on Tuesday sounded singularly focused on winning Tuesday's race. "He has insisted this is all about the 18th [Congressional District]", Madonna said. They labored to paint Lamb as a loyalist to House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), even after Lamb said publicly that he would not support keeping her in the leadership job. Starting in 2004, Republican candidates for president carried the district by larger and larger margins, peeling traditional Democrats away from their party on issues like abortion and gun rights.

Following last month's shooting in Parkland, both Saccone and the NRA alike attempted to shift focus from guns to "failings" on the part of law enforcement, which the NRA has blamed for dropping the ball, despite being warned of the shooter's troubling behavior months earlier. The chairman of the state party said that the district, held since 2003 by a Republican, is a "Democrat district".

Meanwhile, Clinton was in India promoting her book, "What Happened", going after Trump and his voters much as she did in her campaign and after her Electoral College loss.

Trump putting himself out there, throwing his weight behind another Republican candidate in Saccone is still a big deal, especially for the president himself.

That is why the moment is at hand for Pelosi to cap her congressional career by announcing - for the good of the nation and her party - that she will step down as Democratic leader. The candidate campaigned with him twice.

Lamb has largely avoided mentioning Trump, who remains generally popular in the district even if slightly diminished from his 2016 dominance. Saccone has returned the favor by wholeheartedly praising the president, from his record on the economy to his smash-mouth approach to politics.

GOP and Trump-aligned groups have spent more than $10 million to prop up Saccone.
